Returns & Exchanges

• You have 14 days from receipt of your order to request a return.

• Items must be returned unused, in original condition, and with original packaging.

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrect.

• Refunds are processed within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items. ⚠️ Returns sent directly to the business address without prior approval will be refused. Please contact us first.
